ENGAGEMENT SHOOT with DREW & STEPHANIE!

STEPHANIE AND DREW – WE WILL MAY 23RD, 2009

We got an e-mail a couple of months ago from Stephanie, giving us LOTS of compliments on our unique work and hoping our calendar was open for their wedding in May….sure enough…YES…we have that date open and are now very much looking forward to sharing this special day in their life with them.

We talked with them upon meeting at LongBranch where their wedding will take place, asking one question….”Where did Drew ask you to marry him Stephanie”???
(The reason we were asking this was to brainstorm as to where their Engagement Photos would take be created)
Stephanie’s answer: In Bed.
Ok….well let us think on this one.
Putting my creativity into action, I e-mailed Steph and Drew a few days later with the concept of putting a bed in the middle of an open field and recreate the special proposal.
Their were overjoyed with the thought of this!

Now to find the location, thankfully Blandy Farms was nice enough to let us do the E-Session at their beautiful location.
We were also very blessed with warm weather, pretty skies, and what we thought was going to be a problem…we were blessed with hair flowing winds

What can I say about Steph and Drew…..
I will never forget when we saw them for the first time, as photographers we were so pleased.
They are two of the most stunning people ever and their love for one other totally shines through in their eyes when they look at one another.

We LOVED working with them, they laughed, they cried, and were open to our ideas.
The not only have the beauty, the sweet in love look, but also have an ability to pull off the cool, edgy, rockstar look!
So as you can see from the photos we went full force with this shoot and gave them above and beyond.

We very much look forward to being a part of the most important day in their life…May 23rd, 2009 “They Will”
And “We Will” be capturing their frozen memories in time forever for them.

A huge thank you goes out to Steph and Drew for being so sweet.

Back to the 80′s with the SS Photo Booth!

 

We were asked to take part in an 80′s event hosted by
Last Call Entertainment
This was our first time setting up the re-designed version of the Snapp-Shot Photo Booth, and it went up such ease and was a hit with the crowd!
The night was full of 80′s fun! Everything from 80′s cover music by the band The Reflex, scrunchies, big hair, leg warmers, chucks, rubber bracelets, and soooo much more! Who could not love the 80′s?!?!

We of course also could not go to an event without snapping a few crowd shots of just good old fashion fun!

FUN with FRIENDS!

As most of you know, our fun days and nights are spent with friends over music. Don’t get us wrong we love the music more than anything…but sometimes we need a little more. There is nothing better than a day out in Nature.

Corey and I along with our friends Faye and Bryan took a fun day out to Harper’s Ferry WV. Spent the day enjoying the outdoors, and then ventured to the Charlestown Races that night. I myself had never played the slots or visited the races. It was so much fun! Bryan was the big winner, both in slots and in races. To my happiness I rewarded myself with a Starbucks coffee featured within the middle of the slots! haha..who knew?

It was such a special day with two very special friends to us…couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Can’t wait until our next venture with friends.
