What a beautiful couple and beautiful wedding!
We met Sara and Mike after a recommendation from her brother Brent.
Brent having attended one of our previous weddings with Steph and Drew, he was very fond of us.
Thank you to Brent
Sara and Mike’s wedding was full of tiny white Christmas lights upon the Christmas tree, elegant timeless colors of black and white and the biggest wedding party yet for us!
This was a fun wedding for us to shoot because of the beautiful surrounding, beautiful people who made us feel very comfortable, and blessed with nice weather.
Our best wishes to Sara and Mike, may your life be full of love, happiness, and laughter.
Thank you for being so kind, and of course thank you for remembering the Snapp-Sharpie Stone!!

And May they live HAPPILY-EVER-AFTER

Blizzard of 2009

After about 17 inches of snow….the Snapp’s have been digging out from this awful snow. Many people say they love snow so much, well ladies and gentlemen, we can honestly say we HATE snow.
Me – suffering with a nasty cold, aching back… Corey – suffering with his poor ankle, and aching joints. We started battling the snow covered Snapp HouseHold from the moment it started falling….42 hours later the snow has stopped falling and we are now shoveled out
Thought we’d share a few moments with you, please forgive me with no makeup and red nose…the joys of having a nasty head cold

HOPEFULLY this is the LAST SNOW of the YEAR!

Hi Erin and Corey,
Ron, James and I just want to tell you again–Thank you for the fantastic
photos! We are all delighted with them. Your attention to detail was amazing.
You really did manage to make the boys look like “Rock Stars.” And everyone
loved the video – it really set the stage for the boys to perform and for the
audience to appreciate Children’s Hospital.
It was also wonderful to see you both last night. It was a magical evening
for us.
We’d love to order some photos so please let us know what you suggest in
terms of sizes/costs etc.
best,
Alison (Ron and James)
Erin,
We got in the car at 12:45 a.m. after a long afternoon/evening and the first thing that Matthew said was, “I LOVE ERIN!!!!” So many great things happened to Matthew and Danger last night and the first thing Matthew thought of when it was all over was you and Corey and everything you did to make last night the “Night of Matthew’s Life!!!”.
You and Corey went to so much work – not only for Danger and all of the other bands – but for Children’s Hospital!!
Thomas and I have spent all morning watching the video and staring at the photos you took. We are overwhelmed by it all. I hope you realize how grateful we are for everything – you are incredibly warm, generous and loving souls.
-Karen
Hi Erin,Thanks so much to you and your husband for the photo shoot for Danger on Friday. I know it should have taken 2 hours instead of 4, but the kids really did have a great time, and I think they really started to get into posing for the camera!!
Thanks again for your patience with our kids. You both were terrific, and we’re really looking forward to seeing the finished product!
Best, Kassi
The Snapps, as always, had an amazing location lined up for us. We knew as soon as we saw it that the possibilities were endless with this place, especially with their level of talent behind the lens. We were going to be more than satisfied if the New Shots matched the quality of the ones we had taken last Spring. As the day progressed it became clear that the shots were not only going to match the quality, but go WAY beyond it. Check them out and let us know what you think. And be sure to let The Snapps know what you think as well.PS – we didn’t notice the gunshot holes until we got the pictures back! You can view all the new pictures on the NUMA myspace HERE

Great Outdoorsy Type a’Day

So we decided to just take a ride and escape to the great outdoors.
One of our favorite things to do, is to get in the car and just drive.
Grab a little coffee and see what we can find.
We found this old bridge alongside the road and decide it would be a great place to “snapp” a few photos!

Of course a little journey would not be WITHOUT picking up a ROCK for our ever growing Snapp-Sharpie Stone collection.
Many of you reading this already know about our known tradition.
For those of you who do not.
Every place we go, every important date within our lives…we pick up a rock/stone/or shell and then sharpie it!
It started years ago when Corey proposed to me, we found a rock with 2 gold bands, got home and my great grandmother had done the exact same thing years and years ago!
Ever since….we’ve been sharpie’ng rocks and shells…then it has also lead into friends, family, and clients doing the same!!
So if you are out and about…on a honeymoon, or a special trip…remember the SSS (Snapp-Sharpie-Stone)
